Our Daily Money Managers willingly adhere to the AADMM Standards of Practice, and thus, shall not disclose any confidential or sensitive client information without the specific consent of the client.

• We respect our clients' privacy and dignity, especially when the disclosure of information is necessary

• Disclosure of information is limited to what is necessary and relevant to the issue being addressed

• We keep client information confidential regardless of who pays us

• Before disclosing confidential information, we confirm that our client has authorized disclosure to the recipient, whether via direct verbal communication, a signed power of attorney, or otherwise

• As Daily Money Managers (DMMs), we provide assistance to clients who have difficulty managing their personal monetary and/or business affairs

• We have concern for the well-being of our clients

• We treat clients, their family members, colleagues, and other professionals with fairness, discretion and integrity

• We never exploit our clients financially, socially, emotionally, sexually, physically, or in any other manner

• We avoid those relationships or activities that interfere with professional judgement and objectivity

• We do not accept referral fees or kickbacks of any kind

• We will always disclose in writing any affiliations, association, or interest that may pose a potential conflict of interest or the appearance of impropriety

• We strive to ensure fees are fair, reasonable, and commensurate with the services performed

• We always take reasonable precautions to avoid harm to the client or his/her property

• We respect the rights of our clients

• We protect our clients' right to privacy and confidentiality in accordance with the laws of the state where the services are performed

• We achieve and maintain high standards of competence

• We accurately represent our professional experience and training and shall not act in any capacity for which we are not separately educated and properly licensed

• We do not act as accountants, financial advisors, or attorneys

• We keep current with issues affecting our clients (health insurance, consumer fraud, etc.) and maintain all licenses, registrations, certifications, and insurance required by law to perform our services

• We refer clients to other service providers or consult with the other service providers when additional knowledge and expertise are required
